I reached out to several upholstery cleaning services in the area to clean a sectional that I bought off of Facebook marketplace. After quote shopping, Lucas gave me by far the best deal and he was available the next morning. We scheduled the service, and he was on time and communicative upon arrival.

He inspected the couch, and even showed me the parts of the couch that were specially dirty. It also had a strange odor that I couldn't pin down. The entire service took about two hours (the scheduled time), and Lucas was respectful, professional, and communicative the entire time.
